Participants must register at the Health Club reception before the class commences to sign in and collect a studio pass. Classes must be pre booked. Please ensure that if you are a new participant that you complete a pre exercise questionnaire before attending the class.
MORNING MAYHEM/STORMING CIRCUITS - A 45 minute class based on the spin bikes within the health club; this session is designed to make you sweat! using gear controlled bikes, this consists of an effective interval training session of cycling through varying levels of intensity and is excellent for fat burning, all around and lower body strength. Suitable for all abilities, you don't have to be a cyclist to enjoy this one.
STEP IT UP - Step is a great way of burning calories by working at a high intensity and performing at a low impact level using a step block. This class is suitable for intermediate/advanced participants.
TOTAL BODY - An all over body workout perfect for everyone.
STEP TONE - A basic step class using hand weights to achieve a total body workout whilst increasing on your stamina. Suitable for everyone.
POWER HOUR - This class varies from week to week but one thing you are guaranteed to have is an excellent work out and a little bit of fun!
BODY PUMP - A complete barbell workout based in a studio, excellent for muscle shape and tone. The nature of this class makes it a fantastic fat burner, adding variety to your existing training programme. A must for all!
PILATES - A low-impact exercise and movement form designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles safely without adding bulk, resulting in good posture and great body shape.
50+ - Designed for the more mature individual, who are looking to take part in an exercise class, that is full of fun.
TAI CHI - This is an ancient form of martial art.
