Aerobics Studio

The Warehouse Health Club offers a wide variety of classes to our members. From Legs, Bums and Tums, Aerobiking, BodyMAX, and various circuit training classes, to name but a few, we try to encourage males and females of all fitness levels into the studio. The studio classes add an extra training vent for those who are on their lunch break and want a quick and effective workout within an hour, or for those who find it hard to motivate themselves. They provide a great variety to your training routine. The studio is fully air conditioned with wooden spring flooring to ensure maximum comfort.

Class Descriptions

Participants must register at the Health Club reception before the class commences to sign in and collect a studio pass. Classes must be pre-booked.  Please ensure that if you are a new participant that you complete a pre-exercise questionnaire before attending the class. Non-members welcome, cost to Non-members £3 per class.
